Privacy policy

This policy explains what Pictora collects, why, who processes it and how long we keep it. Your images and prompts belong to you, and we don't sell your data or show you ads.

Data we collect

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use your data

We use your data to run Pictora for you: to sign you in, make and store your images, show your gallery and keep track of your daily allowance. We also use it to keep the service safe, to prevent abuse, to answer your questions and to meet our legal duties.

Providers that process your prompts

To make your images, we send your prompts, and the images you edit, to the company whose model you use. These providers process the data on our behalf:

The prompt enhancer, which rewrites your prompt before an image is made, runs on a model from one of these providers.

We don't share your data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

No training on your data

We don't use your prompts, uploads or images to train AI models, and we use our providers' services on terms under which they don't train their models on the data we send them.

Retention

Where your data is stored

Pictora is a US-only service. Your data is stored and processed in the United States, in a single AWS region. Our providers may process prompts in other locations under their own data protection terms.

Children

Pictora is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can download and delete your images at any time, and delete your account in the app. To ask for a copy of your data, or for anything else about your privacy, contact us.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app.
